Telequip Develops a Coin Loading Solution

Salem, New Hampshire - April 29, 2004 - Telequip Corporation announces the development of a Coin Loading Solution (Transact CLS) designed to assist with the loading of coin into Transact 2+CE coin dispenser.

Recognizing the need for a speedy loading solution, Telequip has developed a device that sits on top of the canister and loads coin by denomination into the individual coin columns. “The time now required to fully load a canister has been dramatically reduced” said Bob Pitman, Telequip’s Director of Engineering. “As Telequip has increased it’s penetration into the Grocery and C-Store markets, the demand for filling multiple canisters became more evident”, noted Mr. Pitman. “Time is money” said Senior Sales Executive Fred Mills. “By providing our customers with a rapid filling solution, everyone wins” continued Mr. Mills.

The device, made of molded polycarbonate, accommodates bagged or loose coin. With a small footprint, the device neatly fits into a store’s back office. The Transact CLS is designed for easy storage in which the components nest neatly together.

The Transact CLS is suited to handle both US and UK coins in the Transact 2+CE device. The CLS does not interface with the Transact Model.
