Once an order has been placed, how long does it take to receive the unit? Telequip coin dispensers are manufactured to each customer's individual specifications. Please allow approximately 12 business days for the coin dispenser to be built. Is there a charge for phone support? Technical support is available free of charge Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST. How do I install the coin dispenser? See the user's guide included with the coin dispenser, download the user's guide from the manual section, e-mail a specific question or contact technical support. How can I tell how the cable connects? The cable is clearly labeled on the end that connects to the coin dispenser and the end that connects to the POS system. If necessary contact technical support. How long is the warranty for new units? The Telequip coin dispenser warranty is for one year and includes parts and labor. An extended warranty is available. Please review our Warranty Page. What do I do if I need my coin dispenser repaired? E-mail customer service by filling out a return authorization request form and an associate will contact you promptly. Do not return a coin dispenser without an return authorization number as this will increase the time needed to repair the unit. Can I do my own repair if the unit is still under warranty? Do the parts come at no charge? You risk voiding the warranty. Please check with Telequip sales department to see if an authorized service program is available to you. If I choose to do my own repair is there a contact person at Telequip that can assist over the phone? Contact technical support at 1-800-225-0580. What is the average time necessary for a repair? Telequip maintains an average turnaround time of two business days for repairs. What shipping options are available? Standard ground, next day, second day and three day shipping options are available. Is more than one canister needed per coin dispenser? This depends on the volume your application experiences. In general, most users benefit from having two canisters per coin dispenser. Why are keys included with the coin dispenser? The keys lock the canister and cover to the dispenser chassis. They are for security only and do not affect the operation of the dispenser. Do I need to fill the canister all the way up for it to work correctly? Each column should initially be filled to the top of the indicator line for that column. Can I change the side of the dispense from left to right?
