If for some reason you are experiencing difficulty setting up your coin dispenser, or the machine is not operating properly, the following charts will help you step through the process of identifying the problem and offering a solution.

There are two diagnostic tools: TRANSACT 2+ DIAGNOSTIC CHART which depicts a thorough procedure to determine problems and probable solutions for the Transact 2+ coin dispenser and the TRANSACT DIAGNOSTIC CHART offering a similar procedure to address issues with the Transact coin dispenser.
